C O N D I T I O N S
1. membership
The membership is concluded for an indefinite time at first. The membership will take minimum one year and starts with the admissiondate. If the membership is not at least 3 months before ending of a membershipyear terminated written, the membership automatically extends for one more year. Also the member agrees that upper informations are registered in EDP.
2. cancellation
The cancellation of a member has to be made written three months before ending of the membershipyear. The cancellation by the club is possible if the club is liquidated, if the sporty activity is not given, at clubhurtful behaviour and in case of disciplinary misconducts. The reason of cancellation has to be affirmed by an ordinary resolution of the management.
3. rights of the member
A member is entitled to play on all matchbillards, may claim the reduced clubfee, may claim a care of a trainer and has a vote at the general meeting.
4. duties of the member
A member has the duty to be active at tournaments - as player or as functionary -, to back up the sporty activities of the club, to respect the articles of the association at tournaments, to pay the membership-fee in time.
5. membership fee
The membership-fee has to be payed until 30. june in advance of the respective year. With agreement of the association may be arranged a half-year-paying. If the membership-fee is not payed in time, so the member has to pay EUR 1,50 for each open month for reminder expenses. The membership-fee is EUR 150,-- at the time for employed, pupils, students and retired person only pay 80,--, the once to pay charge is EUR 40,-- at the time. This charge also includes a membership for half a year (till january or july). With resolution of the general meeting the amounts may be changed. Cahnges of these articles are disclosed on the club board.
THE MANAGEMENT OF THE BSK - UNION

With a membership in our club you have the possibility to take part in tournaments of the association and of the club. The billard-fee for members is EUR 3,50 for one hour at the time, whatever you make a training allone or you play with others. Besides you have the care of our trainers, which will make special trainings with you after arrangement.
